  • Mustangs for Haiti: ASB in collaboration with the Z-Club is conducting a charity drive to raise money for the relief efforts in Haiti. A dollar per Mustang is our mission. Individuals who donate $1 or more will have their names written on a spirit flier and these fliers will be posted on a banner in the A building. The drive will continue with music and a donation table during lunch Thursday and Friday (weather permitting). Our Student Government has selected the American Red Cross as the organization that will receive these funds. Questions? Donations? Contact ASB Advisor Mr. Rustin (A-115). Thank you for your support!





  • CAHSEE Afterschool Preparation Program: A 9-week intensive preparation program available FREE to all 10th grade students. Our goal is to have our students pass the CAHSEE exam on the first try! If you missed the CAHSEE informational meeting last Thursday, you can SIGN-UP NOWlimited seating!



  • JOIN US ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6, for another Cultural Expeditions Program at  Cal Tech's Beckman Auditorium. See Mrs. Lake, in G226, for a permission slip.

  • WANT to TRAVEL and earn EDUCATION CREDITS? We meet on Fridays, during lunch, in G226, to plan and prepare for fund raising. WE ARE SELLING ALUMNI BRICKS to help fund student learning through travel.  It is NEVER TO LATE  to join the ef tour. We leave for JAPAN on June 28.   • The GREEN Club meets every Monday, during lunch, in G226. BRING YOUR "GREEN" IDEAS!  EARN COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS! Join us now to find out how you can  participate in our scheduled service learning trips to Yosemite (3 days during Spring break), and to South Carlsbad State Beach, Memorial Day weekend.  REDUCE, REUSE , RECYCLE. GO GREEN  for your MOTHER........ earth.
